Domestic Shipping (New Zealand): NZ orders should arrive within 3 business days once shipped.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier's website.

 

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference for a different style. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello.nailly@outlook.com. We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all included tool kit items.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All returns must be approved before being sent back to us. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
